What should I expect during the website design process?
Once you email us over the website content such as logo, menus, photos, etc… your Project Manager will email you a development link within 7-10 business days of starting the project. The first step is for you to review the homepage design, let us know of any changes and approve it. Once the homepage is approved we will start laying out the secondary web pages. The Project Manager will email you updates throughout the website design process.
How do I know when my new website is published on the Internet?
Your Project Manager will submit your new Website into the major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Your new Website should be listed on the search engines within 2 weeks of submitting your website.
Who do I contact when I want to make changes to my website?
Your Project Manager is available to update menus, coupons, specials, add images, revise copy, or update the contact information. We provide this editing and design support to you at no additional charge for 30 minutes each month. You can contact your Project Manager Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET:
